Lancaster Lax provides indoor and outdoor
instructional lacrosse training and game play
opportunities. We offer players an opportunity
to keep a stick in their hands and to work on
improving their skills in the off season. Our
Indoor Program is held at Sahlen Sports Park,
Elma, NY (Fall, Winter, Spring); Spring and
Summer outdoor programs at various Lancaster

Inc. is a recognized 501(c)(3) charitable
organization. Our exemption application,
supporting documents, and letter of
determination from the IRS are available for
public inspection during regular business hours.
